We are looking for a curious client‑focused Electrical Engineer‑Specialist to help grow our team in our data center market. As an Electrical Engineer‑Specialist, you’ll leverage your people‑management skills and utilize your technical expertise to mentor other professionals, helping your team discover what drives them, nurturing their purpose and guiding them forward as well as interfacing with clients in managing the quality of work.
You’ll be using your expertise to plan and design electrical systems for buildings and facilities, including Data Centers, hospitals, laboratories, high‑rise offices, educational facilities and other commercial and institutional projects.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Professional Engineering (PE) license
- At least 15 years of experience working for a MEP firm
- Revit, 3D AutoCAD or equivalent
- At least 4 years experience working on data center, power, VPS systems, generator systems and medium‑voltage distribution projects
- Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
- LEED AP preferred
