• Lead the engineering execution of upgrades, conversions, modifications, and uprates for gas turbines and associated combined‑cycle plant systems.
• Coordinate across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, field services, and customer stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Manage technical scope, project schedules, and engineering deliverables including drawings, specifications, and vendor documentation.
• Support procurement activities, parts/material requisitions, and installation/field work instructions.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are maintained throughout project lifecycle, capturing lessons learned for continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, controls engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5+ years of engineering or field experience in power generation, specifically with gas turbines and combined‑cycle plant operations.
• Proven project engineering experience including schedule management, scope control, risk management, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Ability to interpret and produce engineering documentation such as P&IDs, one‑line diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support project and site activities.
