, you will lead strategic projects (OPTIMAP, OPTIPRO, Productivity initiatives) from concept to implementation, ensuring seamless operations and world‑class standards.
- Champion Safety Culture:
Promote and uphold safety standards across all activities. - Design & Implement Solutions:
Develop cutting‑edge supply‑chain and packaging strategies for major industrial projects. - Drive Excellence in Planning:
Provide accurate inputs and quotations during the exploratory phases to set projects up for success.
- Define optimal supply‑chain organization, resources, and processes to ensure Safety, Quality, and Customer Service while minimizing costs and inventory.
- Calculate project budgets (cost per part, investments, etc.) and ensure quotations align with standard equipment and processes.
- Identify and elevate industrial risks early.
- Apply global standards (POMS & Supply‑Chain guidelines).
- Design and optimize physical and information flows from suppliers to customers, collaborating closely with manufacturing teams.
- Determine stock levels and lead‑time strategies for maximum efficiency.
- Develop functional specifications for packaging solutions, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and production constraints.
- Oversee packaging trials, fine‑tuning, and customer approvals.
- Contribute to information system design and layout planning for inbound/outbound flows and storage areas.
- Analyze impacts of scope changes on resources, costs, and packaging types.
- Support supplier selection with technical validation and participate in audits and FMEA.
- Provide hands‑on support during production start‑up and ramp‑up phases.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree with experience or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. - Experience:
Internal candidates – Plant Logistics Engineer;
External – similar role in industrial or logistics environments. - Skills & Attributes:
