What you’ll do

• Troubleshoot and repair specialized mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment across the facility.

• Perform and assist with the alignment and leveling of machinery to ensure optimal performance.

• Communicate detailed updates on ongoing repairs to ensure smooth shift transitions.

• Collaborate with Facilities Engineers and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues.

• Provide technical support during the installation or rearrangement of production equipment.

• Conduct regular preventative maintenance on equipment and systems to prevent downtime.

• Continuously seek professional growth through training and self‑study in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.

• Actively participate in Lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, quality, and productivity.

• Fulfill all other assigned duties and support team‑based operations.

What you’ll bring

• Associate degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field.

• 10 years of full‑time experience in industrial machinery maintenance with strong troubleshooting skills (electrical, electronic, and mechanical).

• Proficient in programmable logic controllers (PLCs), computer numerical control (CNC) systems, servo systems, and conventional electrical/electronic controls.

• Experience with direct current drives, machine programming, cutting or grinding processes is highly desirable.

• Must pass a comprehensive maintenance technician aptitude test.

• Able and willing to work in a tobacco‑free environment and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working overtime or weekend shifts as needed with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to work 2nd shift (3PM – 11PM).

Pay Rate: The pay for this position is $46.170 – $47.418. This position is also eligible for shift premium when you work on an off shift i.e., 2nd or 3rd shift. Plus $1.00 USD an hour on top of base pay. This posting is supposed to close on March 2nd, 2026.
