The Manufacturing Engineer coordinates with the cross-functional team to drive execution on projects related to line development tied to business objectives and customer requirements.

• Lead production line layout and design, SOP development, support PPAP's and facilitate implementation.
• Coordinate activities with project leads, external resources, and engineering on implementation activities.
• Develop project timelines with owner, clear actions, and firm dates and complete on-time.
• Manage capex and expense budgets including spend, tracking, and asset depreciation.
• Establish process for BOM updates and compliance.
• Support and assist with maintenance activities.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial engineering field from an accredited college.
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in multiple modes: shop floor hands on and tactical project execution.
• Ability to hold self and other to firm timelines and sets clear expectations.
• Self-starter; takes the initiative to identify and implement new ideas.
• Adds positive presence to team and culture.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Excellent written / oral communication skills, influencing and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical / problem solving skills.
• Ability to work with a variety of teams including both the shop floor and salary exempt personnel.
