* As a Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager, you will:

** Lead and manage projects
** from concept through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

** Design and optimize mechanical systems
** for industrial equipment and processes, focusing on reliability, safety, and performance.

** Collaborate cross-functionally
** with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams to implement solutions that enhance productivity.

** Drive continuous improvement initiatives
** using data-driven analysis and lean manufacturing principles.

** Oversee vendor relationships
** and manage procurement for project-related materials and equipment.

** Ensure compliance
** with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

** What We're Looking For*

** Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
** or related field.

+  
** Proven experience
** in mechanical design and project management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

+ Strong knowledge of  
** CAD software** , mechanical systems, and industrial processes.

+ Excellent  
** leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills** .

+ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
