Civil Engineer – PE About the Role

Our client is looking for a hands‑on Civil Engineer to support site development projects for local and regional developers and property owners. This is a great opportunity for a mid‑level engineer or experienced civil designer who enjoys producing quality drawings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and seeing projects move from concept to construction.

You’ll join a well‑established team and work on a variety of site‑focused civil engineering projects with room to grow your technical skills and project exposure.
This is a direct hire position for our client.

Salary:$70,000 to $130,000 Depending on Experience

Location: Greenville, SC (100% Onsite)

What You’ll Do

• Prepare civil engineering designs and construction drawings
• Perform site assessments, planning, and layout work
• Assist with stormwater management and site development concepts
• Support project managers with technical documentation and coordination
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations
• Collaborate with internal disciplines and external permitting agencies
• Contribute to multiple projects in different stages of development

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
• PE is preferred
• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and comfort with stormwater analysis tools
• 1 to 3 Years Experience in Civil Engineering Design or 3 to 5 years experience in Civil Engineer Drafting
• Experience producing site development drawings
• Revit experience a plus
• Experience dealing with permitting agencies a plus
• Construction Management experience a plus
• Multi-discipline experience (civil, structural, MEP) a plus
