Overview
St Mary’s Catholic School in Greenville, SC, is accepting applications for a Computers & Technology teacher for the school year. The ideal candidate would be a practicing Catholic, experienced, passionate about technology and elementary education, with excellent classroom management and high expectations for student achievement.
Responsibilities- Teach Computers & Technology classes to students in grades 1–8. Classes meet once per week.
- Expose students to proper typing technique, MacOS, Microsoft Office, Google’s suite of apps, Hour of Code, and more.
- Plan and implement a wide variety of technology-based lessons and projects across all grade levels.
St Mary’s Catholic School is a two-time National Blue Ribbon School with a 125-year history of academic excellence and currently serves 319 students in grades K3 through 8. St Mary’s is served by both the Dominican Sisters of St Cecilia as well as a team of experienced, dedicated lay teachers, and offers a wonderful work environment and a welcoming, familial atmosphere.
Qualifications- Practicing Catholic.
- Experienced in teaching technology and elementary education.
- Excellent classroom management and high expectations for student achievement.
Salary is highly competitive and is based on years of experience and level of education completed.
