In this challenging role, you will be supporting the STT-Skilled Trades & Tec Trng department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following.

• Instruct students in aspects of Skilled Trades Training programs. Examples of Training Programs may include Electricity (NCCER Curriculum) and Electrical Troubleshooting, Electronics, Forklift Train the Trainer, Machine Tool Technology, Mechanical Systems, Pneumatics and Hydraulics, Programmable Logic Controllers, Blueprint Reading, GD&T and/or Computer Numerical Control, CNC Maintenance and Robotic Maintenance.
• Assist with class preparations following syllabus guidelines.
• Assist with consulting with customers and in the development of training materials.
• Assist with maintaining a safe work environment for students and enforce all safety rules.
• Check and report daily any equipment malfunctions.
• Provide feedback to training coordinator as to progress of students, class attendance, and student feedback.
• Assist with set up clean-up procedures before and/or following each class and or lab.

Minimum of two (2) years related work experience

At least two year degree in related field and 3 years experience working in related occupation. Will consider work experience in place of two year degree.
