We are seeking dedicated and compassionate MD and DO Physicians to join our primary care team in South Carolina. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. Family Medicine is preferred, but Internal Medicine and Med/Peds candidates will also be strongly considered.

Position Highlights
  • Open to Full-Time and Part-Time physicians

  • Accepting MDs and DOs in Family Medicine (preferred), Internal Medicine, or Med/Peds

  • Open to candidates willing to travel or relocate

  • Updated compensation and raise structure

  • Supportive leadership + collaborative team environment

  • No relocation bonus


Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: $210,000 (for full-time)

  • Guaranteed bonus: $25,000

  • Additional potential bonus: $25,000 (total bonus opportunity: $50,000)

  • $9,000 paid on Day 1 (requires signing a promissory note)

  • Strong total compensation well above the SC average family physician salary

Part-time compensation will be adjusted proportionally based on schedule.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages

  • Diagnose and manage chronic and acute conditions

  • Perform routine exams, screenings, and preventive care

  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with patients and families

  • Coordinate care with specialists and healthcare partners

  • Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation

  • Engage in ongoing clinical education and best practices


Qualifications
  • MD/DO, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med/Peds

  • Strong clinical judgment with excellent communication skills

  • Passion for patient-centered, high-quality care

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
