Hospital is looking for locum coverage in Medical Oncology.

  No call during locum period; call expected if placed perm; call schedule is 1 week out of every 6-8 weeks

  No call during locum period; call expected if placed perm; call schedule is 1 week out of every 6-8 weeks
• Patient Population for Required Coverage:
  Adult, Geriatric
• What Percentage of the Practice is Hematology %, Oncology %, Internal Medicine %: 65% benign hematology, 35% malignant oncology, 0% internal medicine
• Number of Physicians in Practice: 7
• How Many APPs Provide Coverage: 6
• Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT: 25
• Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL (Call/Rounding): 20
• Clinical Area:
  Oncology - Outpatient Setting, Oncology - Inpatient Setting
• Trauma Level/Designation (Hospital): N/A
• Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
• Required Duties:
  Participation on a Tumor Board, Mgmt. of Bone Marrow Transplants, Blood Bank, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes.
• Administration of Chemotherapy:
  Nurse Oncologist

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology - REQUIRED
• Active SC license(will accept providers needing to obtain a state license) - REQUIRED
• BLS & DEA - REQUIRED
• Clean background required for Emergency temps - REQUIRED
• Current NPDB required for presentation Trio - REQUIRED
