We are seeking a creative, innovative and talented Project Architect to join our Healthcare team in Greenville, SC.

• Provide limited, high‑level production supervision for complex design features.
• Assist Project Manager with all aspects of multiple small‑to‑large‑scale projects.
• Coordinate all project efforts to ensure efficient, cost‑effective execution.
• Serve as primary client liaison to deliver schedule, budgets, scope of work to completion and client satisfaction.
• Actively manage client budgets, schedules, programs and documentation.
• Estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepare proposals.
• Supervise preparation and check accuracy of contract documents.
• Incorporate applicable codes, construction techniques, sequences across disciplines.
• Perform site observations and report existing conditions and construction progress.
• Handle problems during construction and maintain cost control.
• Write feasibility studies, condition reports, recommendations.
• Supervise building code reviews and prepare applications.
• Make public presentations and be a thought leader.

• Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent.
• Registered licensed architect.
• 8‑12 years of experience as an architect.
• Experience leading a project team.
• Knowledge of estimating project needs and translating into budget hours/costs.
• Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma.
• Excellent grasp of building technology fundamentals and relevant codes.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, independent, collaborative, and culturally aware.
• Bonus:
  Master of Architecture, Newforma Project Center, Microsoft Project, LEED/Green Globes.

$70,000.00 – $ per year.
