We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Medicare Call Center Specialists – where every call is an opportunity to educate, empower, and improve lives.
Key Responsibilities- Educate Medicare beneficiaries about plan options and eligibility
- Guide callers through the enrollment process with clarity and care
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining full compliance
- Maintain a professional and compassionate tone with every caller
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or sales preferred
- Medicare knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication skills and a heart for helping others
