What You'll Do
  • Love to serve - our customer service is characterized by a high level of personal contact with customers
  • Responsible for representing Payfluence in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
  • Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service via telephone or email
  • Positively grow client relationships, being a valued consultative partner
  • Advise clients on how to fully utilize the Human Capital Management platform
  • Be a great teammate, always willing to help others and perform other duties as needed.
What You'll Bring
  • Associates Degree or equivalent business experience
  • 2+ years software implementation experience, preferably in an HCM environment
  • Experience in the HCM industry/PEO industry is a plus
  • Proven track record of working in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent written, oral, and communication skills
