Role OverviewOur local General Office is looking for service professionals to support our insurance agents, clients, and management team. As a Service Representative you will manage insurance policy applications as they move through the new‑business process, using your knowledge of our systems to assist agents with questions and to process service requests efficiently.
What You’ll Do- Provide excellent day‑to‑day customer service to agents, clients, and Field Management, in person, by phone, or electronically
- Coordinate underwriting requirements by interacting with agents, clients, outside medical vendors, and underwriters
- Assist with workflow of applications for life products, annuities, contract changes, policy billing, and initial and downstream accounting entries related to the new business process
- Support in‑person responsibilities for Agents and Agency Managers within the General Office
- Answer incoming calls, greet customers, and potentially engage with prospective agent candidates
- 2 or more years of customer service and administrative experience
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Associate's, or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent years of related experience
Training & DevelopmentCustomer Service Representatives receive on‑the‑job training on the insurance industry, product and policy provisions, and transaction processing. Coaching and feedback support skill development.
Shift InformationThis is a full‑time position Monday through Friday. Candidates should be flexible to work any 7½‑hour shift between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM during the work week.

Actual base salary will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications and job location. Employees may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and an incentive program.
