Summary/Objective

Reedy Construction Group is a growing Commercial and Industrial construction manager and general contractor headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina. We are looking for entry level candidates with opportunity to learn and grow into senior level positions. • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Will include onsite supervision of construction projects, scheduling, daily reporting to company and clients. This position requires individual judgment and decision making within the guidelines of the company.

• Minimum 6 years experience in construction management or other related fields
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
