A construction company is looking for a Field Supervisor to manage subcontracted labor crews for roofing, siding, and gutters. Responsibilities include assigning jobs, ensuring quality and safety of installations, and maintaining communication with builders. Candidates should have a High School diploma, 2-5 years of construction experience, and the ability to lift heavy items. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are desired.
