As a Superintendent at Lithko Contracting, you'll be responsible for planning the execution phase of the project. You’ll work closely with the operational team to create an overall project plan.

• Develop a project plan for your phase of work.
• Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities.
• Prepare the team to execute using defined planning processes.
• Ensure staged equipment, materials, and workstations for optimal output.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign‑in/sign‑out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met for your portion of work.
• Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.

• Knowledge of Microsoft programs:
  Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large scale Self‑Perform GC or concrete contractor.
• Self‑perform experience of concrete is required.
• Experience with a variety of project types, emphasis on Commercial/Industrial.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction principles/practices and experience on projects over $1 million.
• Adept at leading people and driving results for overall project success.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering strongly preferred.
