Traveling Superintendent overseeing field operations, safety, quality, and coordination of all work at the jobsite.

• Lead all field operations, including safety, quality, and coordination of work.
• Supervise all field construction work by subcontractors and self‑performed work.
• Implement the safety program at the job site.
• Develop project schedules with the Project Manager and ensure timely, on‑budget completion.
• Manage and mentor Assistant Superintendents and field personnel.
• Coordinate subcontractors and sequence work.
• Monitor and maintain quality and safety standards.
• Resolve issues promptly.

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

• Ability to develop and maintain detailed schedules.
• Capacity to properly coordinate subcontractors and sequence work.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Commercial construction field experience.
• Direct supervisory experience with subcontractor management.
• Experience in a Superintendent or Foreman role.
• Proficiency with PC, tablet, and smartphone.
• Ability to read plans and specs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
