Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greenville, SC, for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will act as the primary contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service. This role involves overseeing projects, coordinating across teams, managing client accounts, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for growth. The Production Manager will also collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications- Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
- Project Coordination and Team Leadership experience
- Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving skills
- Knowledge of Landscape Construction Industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Proficiency with CRM tools and software is a plus
- Valid driver s license and ability for on-site client visits as necessary
