Associate Product Manager

Overview

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Associate Product Manager. This position is HYBRID Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with 2 days wfh at our Greenwood SC Eaton facility. Relocation assistance will be provided , if needed.

The Associate Product Manager provides leadership in formulation of product line strategy and action programs to enhance sales growth and profitability including new business development for Medium
- Voltage Switchgear product line which includes MVS, MVA, and CS. The Associate Product Manager must have an excellent knowledge of the customers and segments the product line deals with (Industrial, Data Center, Commercial & Institutional), as well as a thorough understanding of the dynamics of selling engineered to order assemblies. This role will have a focus on our metal-clad and metal-enclosed business.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $113000 - $165000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

• Provides medium-voltage product application knowledge, customer interface, and develops and executes tactical and strategic plans to support the product line s goals.
