Your Purpose With Us

As a Business Operations Analyst on our Omni Operations team, you'll be at the intersection of data and customer experience, driving operational excellence through research, analysis, and strategic implementation. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives that optimize the customer journey across onboarding, support, servicing, and retention—balancing short-term process improvements with long-term strategic vision.

  Implement strategic improvements across the customer lifecycle while monitoring KPIs to measure impact
• Create Visibility: Develop and maintain performance dashboards that provide critical insights for portfolio monitoring and operational excellence
• Build Partnerships: Collaborate with product, marketing, legal, data science, and operations teams to execute business initiatives
• Drive Results: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, anticipating bottlenecks and balancing business needs with technical constraints

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience (Advanced degree may substitute for experience)
• Proven track record in operational excellence, process optimization, and data analytics
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization platforms such as Tableau
• Exceptional analytical thinking with clear communication of complex concepts
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong interpersonal coaching capabilities
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive projects to successful completion
