As a Senior Manager, Product Management on our Purpose Money team, you'll lead initiatives that directly impact how our customers experience financial services. You'll work alongside passionate teams who believe that access to financial tools shouldn't be complicated—it should be simple, straightforward, and designed with real people in mind.

This isn't just about building products. It's about building purpose.

• Shape the Product Vision: develop and drive the product roadmap that meets our customers where they are and helps them get where they want to go. Translate business needs into features that matter.
• Lead With
  
  Collaboration:
  
  partner with Technology, Data Science, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to define what success looks like—then make it happen. You'll bridge the gap between business goals and user needs.
• Champion the Customer: use research, testing, and data to understand what our customers truly need. Design experiences that are user‑friendly, accessible, and built around real human behavior.
• Deliver Results: own the backlog. Define the requirements. Measure the impact. You'll be accountable for turning ideas into reality and ensuring every launch drives meaningful outcomes.
• Communicate With Clarity: keep stakeholders aligned, informed, and engaged. Share milestones, celebrate wins, and navigate challenges with transparency and confidence.

7‑10 years of product management experience
, ideally in regulated environments where the stakes are high and the details matter.

You've worked on modern consumer products
—mobile apps, SaaS platforms, product‑led companies—and you understand what it takes to create experiences people actually want to use.

You've led products through their full lifecycle
, from concept to launch to iteration. You know how to build business cases, run A/B tests, and use data to make smarter decisions.

You're fluent in Agile and comfortable working with Scrum teams, engineering, and design to move fast without breaking things.

You're a natural collaborator who can influence across functions, manage complex stakeholders, and align diverse teams around a common goal.

You thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environments and see change as an opportunity, not an obstacle.

Bonus points if you have:

• Startup experience or have built products from the ground up
• Deep experience in financial services or other regulated industries
