As we continue to expand our footprint, we are seeking a Director of Business Development to lead portfolio growth and strengthen strategic partnerships with owners, developers, and investment groups.

About the Role

Position: Director of Business Development. The Director of Business Development will serve as the primary driver of Arleio Living’s growth strategy by identifying new management opportunities, cultivating long-term relationships, and converting prospects into successful management partnerships. This role works closely with executive leadership and operations to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new property management opportunities across multifamily and single-family portfolios
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, brokers, and investment partners
  • Manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation through contract execution using CRM tools
  • Coordinate and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and property tours
  • Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategies, service offerings, and expansion plans
  • Support smooth onboarding of new properties in partnership with operations teams
  • Represent Arleio Living at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of business development, portfolio growth, or client acquisition experience within property management, real estate, or multifamily industries
  • Strong network within the real estate, development, or investment community preferred
  • Proven track record of driving revenue or portfolio growth
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and managing sales pipelines
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
