Senior Account Manager / Account Supervisor (title commensurate with experience)

We are EP+Co and we’re looking for an experienced Account Supervisor who is ready to get down to business. Someone who can deeply understand their clients and recognizes valuable business opportunities. Our ideal candidate creates strong client relationships while recognizing the importance of bringing great work to life. Even if that idea sounds a little crazy and the client “will never go for it.”

• Serve as the account and business lead across integrated scopes and deliverables including but not limited to social, digital and PoP
• Build trusted client partnerships through proactive communication and thoughtful problem-solving
• Understand client requests thoroughly before bringing to your internal teams. Anticipate potential client needs before they do thanks to a deep knowledge of their business
• Manage the day-to-day workflow of organic social – from post scheduling to creative and strategy development to client approval
• Translate business and creative goals into clear, actionable plans for internal and external teams
• Oversee production workflows—from brief and pre-production through final asset delivery
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, consistency, and innovation across channels
• Collaborate closely with creative and strategy internal leadership to create the best possible work

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-channel projects—ideally within an agency or large brand ecosystem
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
• Strong background in organic social strategy and production
• Proven track record of true client and business partnership. The ability to nurture a relationship and simultaneously push the boundaries of what’s asked for or expected
• A proactive mindset with equal comfort in creative discussions and operational planning
• Excellent communication, organization, and client management skills. You know how to keep everyone informed and inspired
• Curiosity to get to the root of the problem we’re being asked to solve
• A drive for continuous improvement, efficiency, and collaboration
• Willingness to champion the work
