ScheduleMonday through Friday
8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
No weekends unless occupancy falls below target levels or for approved prospect or resident events.

What You’ll Do- Support daily property operations alongside the Community Manager
- Support inspections, walk-throughs, and overall community standards
- Deliver Outrageously Positive Service to residents, vendors, and teammates
- Assist with leasing, renewals, and resident communication
- Help with collections, delinquency, and resident education
- Enforce policies with consistency, empathy, and professionalism
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and dignified community environment
- Support resident programs such as:
Credit reporting and Flex pay options
- Doing good in a sustainable way
