Unit Administrative Technician

About the Position:

This is a military technician position with the 335th Signal Command (Theater), Company A, 324th Signal Battalion, 359th Signal Brigade located at Greenville, South Carolina.

• Process administrative actions using automated systems.
• Maintain organizational records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Review correspondence for submission to higher echelons.
• Preserve stock levels of organizational equipment.
• Monitor employee training programs.
• Enforce policies established by higher Headquarters.

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• THIS POSITION REQUIRES ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP AS A SOLDIER IN THE U.S. ARMY RESERVE (USAR).
• This position requires you to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• This position requires the incumbent to successfully complete the Unit Administrator Basic Course within 18 months of appointment.
• This position requires the incumbent to successfully complete the Unit Pay Administrator Course within 18 months of appointment.
• You maybe expected to travel up to 20% of the time for this position.
