Position: Quick Books Desktop Coordinator (CPA Office Support) – High-Performer Role (In Office)
Location: Greenville, SC (Onsite / In-Office)

What You’ll Do- Quick Books Desktop experience is REQUIRED to be considered.
- Assist with the coordination of our bookkeeping + payroll team
- Keep deadlines tight, workflows clean, and nothing falling through the cracks
- Communicate with clients by phone and email (confident, clear, professional)
- Work inside Quick Books Desktop and support bookkeeping organization
- Gather and organize tax-related items so the CPA team can move fast and accurately
- Use tools like Microsoft 365 (Word, Teams) plus Thomson Reuters and Drake
- Use AI tools to improve speed, accuracy, and consistency
- Fast, organized, and relentless about follow-through
- The kind of person who doesn’t need to be chased
- Calm with clients, sharp with details, and strong on the phone
- Comfortable juggling multiple clients and priorities at once
- The “hub” who makes the office run smoother simply by showing up
- Hands-on Quick Books Desktop experience (required)
- 1–2 years in office admin/accounting support/client coordination
- Strong phone communication and professional presence
- Excellent organization + task management
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word, Teams)
- Comfortable learning new systems + using AI to boost productivity
- CPA firm experience
- Thomson Reuters and/or Drake familiarity
- Experience coordinating outsourced bookkeeping/payroll vendors
