Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. This is a long-term contract position where you will play an essential role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to organization, communication, and technology.

Responsibilities:

- Organize and maintain files by scanning and filing documents to ensure records are accurate and accessible.

- Provide support during tax season by assisting with administrative tasks and client communications.

- Contact clients to notify them when tax returns are ready for collection.

- Process incoming information, verify completeness, and ensure all forms are accurately filled out.

- Utilize technology effectively to manage administrative processes and streamline workflows.

- Perform receptionist duties, including answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.

- Support data entry tasks to maintain and update office systems and databases.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to deadlines. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a detail-oriented office environment.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency with office software and technology, including scanning and data entry tools.

- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.

- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive documents and information.

- Customer service experience, particularly in answering calls and addressing client inquiries.

- Availability to work Monday through Friday with flexibility for occasional changes in schedule. Talent Match®
