Job Description

Candidates should have excellent accounts receivable skills, negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and a strong working knowledge of SAP is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate’s degree in accounting or related area is preferred but not required. Candidates must have 3-5 years of accounts receivable experience.
This position requires 4 days on-site and 1 day virtual.

Typical Duties

• Responsible for accounts receivable and collections on assigned accounts and reducing AR delinquency.
• Send statements and invoices to customers to ensure collections within terms.
• Build relationships with customers and internal partners to resolve deductions and past-due items in a timely manner.
• Perform collection calls and send emails on aged past dues and deductions.
• Work with the cash team to ensure payments are applied timely and correctly.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, especially pivot tables and vlookups.
• Maintain attention to detail and identify issues with accounts, reporting to management in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of accounts receivable experience.
• SAP experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• An associate’s degree in accounting or related area is preferred, or high school diploma with relevant accounts receivable work experience.
