The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Perform detailed recovery, review planogram integrity, and complete cycle counts.
• Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage during special events (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; literacy and numeracy skills are essential.

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise.
• Shifts generally from 4 to over 8 hours; travel between stores using personal vehicle.

• Travel as needed; lift/move up to 50 pounds; operate store equipment.
• Ability to stand, kneel, reach overhead, and perform physical tasks safely.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
• Complete required training successfully.
