Versailles Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Unit Manager (LPN or RN) to join our leadership team. This full-time position plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality resident care, clinical excellence, and team leadership within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community.

The Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of an assigned nursing unit. This role provides leadership, supervision, and support to nursing staff while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering exceptional care to our residents.

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned unit
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care
• Coordinate and oversee care planning and clinical documentation
• Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in staff education, training, and performance management
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments
• Promote a positive and professional work environment

• Current, active Ohio LPN or RN license
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities
