Job Description – High Acuity Step-Down / Low Acuity ICU Beds: 6 private beds Unit Type:
High-acuity step-down / low-acuity ICU; current COVID unit
Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Ratios: 1:2 EMR: CPSI (Evident)
Shifts:
7a–7p / 7p–7a Weekends:
Every other Holidays:
Typically not required; based on schedule and core staff needs Scrubs:
Royal Blue Floating:
Expected to Tele/Med-Surg Orientation: 1 floor orientation shift Common Diagnoses:
Sepsis, COPD, DKA, overdose, renal, surgical, respiratory issues PPE:
Adequate supply; N95s used for 24 hours then discarded
