Are you a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) passionate about helping older adults live safer, more independent lives? Join our Rehab Team as a PRN employee‑owner to support patient‑centered care.

• Work closely with an Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and execute individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team and maintain productivity and documentation standards.
• Help patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes while serving as a trusted partner to the community.

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Valid state COTA license.
• Ability to work flexible PRN hours and weekends as needed.
• Experience in acute care, long‑term care, or rehabilitation is preferred but not required.
