Job Duties for All Store Team Members
- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler
- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person on our touch‑screen computer system. Applicants must have a clear and upbeat speaking voice when communicating with customers on the phone.
Essential Functions / Skills- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used)
- Accurately make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Leading a team: during your shift you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people. Use your attitude and motivational skills to get them in the right place, at the right time, and doing the right thing while creating a great workplace.
- A clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Safety is a priority; the candidate must have a reliable vehicle that is insured and a valid driver’s license.
- A great role model: you are the person everyone looks to—punctuality, attitude toward customers and co‑workers, and appearance all set high standards for the team.
- Store hours: open 7 days a week, weekends and holidays included. Schedule is flexible, but staff must be willing to work when the team needs you most.
