Preventative Maintenance Technician

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be EPA certified or able to obtain within 90 days
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Have reliable transportation
• Must be a team‑player with the ability to take direction
• Knowledge of hand tools
• Maintaining tools & inventory
• Must be punctual
• mechanically inclined preferred

• Clean, calibrate and inspect HVAC, refrigeration and commercial kitchen equipment
• Document findings and service needs
• Update work orders utilizing smart phone application
• Responsible for operating and maintaining company vehicle
• Research equipment while on site for proper testing
• Utilize hand tools, power tools and specialized test equipment
• Reading wire diagrams and manuals
• Maintaining communication with service department and customer
• Working without direct supervision at customers’ location
• Maintain tools and inventory
