Care Master is expanding in Wilson and Rocky Mount and is hiring one high-caliber, relationship-driven sales professional to own this local territory.

This is not an entry-level role.

This is not a clock-in / clock-out position.

Care Master has been family-owned for 55+ years, with a reputation built on speed, quality, and follow-through. We do not sell work our operations can’t support. Our sales team is backed by experienced leadership, strong field execution, and the systems needed to win consistently.

You likely already work with or have worked closely alongside professionals such as:

• Property or facility managers
• Realtors, mitigation, or restoration teams

You may already have a book of business, which is a significant advantage.

If not, you have successfully built one before and are confident you can do it again.

• Building and maintaining referral relationships throughout Wilson & Rocky Mount
• Responding to residential and commercial restoration opportunities (including after-hours when required)
• Conducting site visits and coordinating scopes with operations
• Representing Care Master professionally in the local market

There is no micromanagement.

No hand-holding.

You will be trusted to run your territory like a business with full support behind you.

Compensation and support scale with experience.

• W-2 position with base salary + uncapped commission
• Top performers in similar NC markets earn $100,000–$140,000+
• Company vehicle or vehicle allowance options

You bring the experience, relationships, and drive.

• Proven, verifiable sales success OR a degree in sales (one is required)
• Background in restoration, construction, roofing, facilities, or insurance-adjacent industries strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success in referral-based sales environments
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working independently, managing time effectively, and being fully accountable

• Local ties to Wilson, Rocky Mount, or surrounding areas
• Existing restoration, construction, or insurance referral relationships
• A consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
