Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store to attract customers.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customer return, demonstrating product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and ensure areas are well-presented.
• Operate the register, process sales, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram updates and store merchandising.
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ.
• Work with management to prevent theft and misuse of store assets.
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience, especially if you're passionate about music and pop culture.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
