During training you will earn a competitive salary of $45,000 - $70,000 per year, and we offer a $3,000 sign‑on bonus
. After training, you will make up to $80,000 - $130,000 with our bonuses. Vacation time kicks in at 1 year for 1 week, 2 years for 2 weeks, and 7 years for 3 weeks.

• 3+ years in a management role
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Availability to work a flexible schedule
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods

As a Store Manager, you wear many hats to keep our customers and employees happy and our business running smoothly. You are directly responsible for the overall direction, motivation, coordination, and evaluation of your store. You recruit and train employees, drive profitability, maximize sales, create goals for a team of 8–12 staff, and set an example by meeting your own sales targets.

Additionally, you manage accounting, service, and collection activities while maintaining inventory. As a great leader, you delegate tasks to ensure the store’s success and meet all operational and customer service expectations through diligent management.
