Job Summary:
As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for providing attentive, efficient service while showcasing our menu offerings and contributing to a positive atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner.Present menus and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions securely.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.Uphold health and safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.Participate in pre-shift and post-shift meetings as needed.Qualifications:
Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or similar environment is preferred but not required.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.Capable of lifting up to [insert weight] and standing for long periods.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance is a plus.[Insert any other specific qualifications or certifications required.]What We Offer:
