Role DescriptionThis full-time role focuses on providing compassionate outpatient pediatric care to children from birth through adolescence. Responsibilities include performing well-child exams, evaluating sick visits, managing common pediatric conditions, educating families, and coordinating care with physicians and clinical staff. The provider will also maintain timely medical records, communicate with families regarding follow-up needs, and contribute to a supportive team dedicated to high-quality pediatric care.
QualificationsApplicants must hold one of the following certifications for pediatric primary care:
- Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Pediatric Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care (PNP-PC)
- Graduate of an accredited PA program
- Current NCCPA certification
- Eligible for North Carolina licensure
- Pediatric experience preferred; strong new graduates welcome
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to compassionate pediatric care
- Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 based on experience
