We’re seeking a
Registered Nurse (RN) – Director of Nursing (DON)to lead our hospice care team. This is more than a job—it’s a calling to provide exceptional care to patients and families during life’s most meaningful moments.

• Lead and coordinate hospice services for patients and families.
• Supervise interdisciplinary team members (nurses, social workers, chaplains, etc.).
• Oversee admissions, care planning, and compliance with state/federal regulations.
• Ensure quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a clinical and community liaison for hospice education and outreach.

• Active, unrestricted
  
  RN licensein the state of practice.
• 1+ years of field hospice experience.
• 1+ years of leadership experience(preferred).
• Strong clinical skills and understanding of Hospice and Palliative Care.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and CPR certification.
• Experience inhospice, home health, med/surg, or oncology is a plus.
