Travel Registered Nurse Surgical ICU Stepdown
ECU Health is seeking an experienced RN for a 13‑week travel nursing opportunity in Greenville, North Carolina.
Job Description & Responsibilities- Specialty:
Surgical ICU Stepdown - Discipline: RN
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 36 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts
- Employment type:
Travel (internal). Work in the 40‑bed flex unit of ECU Health Medical Center’s Trauma Services Injury Unit (TSIU). - Provide direct patient care for surgical and trauma patients including isolated or multisystem trauma, TBI, spinal injuries, small bowel obstruction, organ failure, and more.
- Diploma in Nursing, Associate’s in Nursing or higher. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Greater than 1 year of nursing experience.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Base pay: up to $63/hour for all travel nursing positions.
- 1.5x base hourly rate for overtime (>40 hrs) and holiday pay.
- Additional $3.00/hour for stand‑by pay and $2.00/hour for charge/preceptor pay.
- Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
