We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Part
-Time Med Tech to join our team at Spring Arbor of Greenville, NC . In this leadership role, you will oversee resident care staff , ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents while maintaining compliance with state regulations. This position is ideal for a compassionate professional who is passionate about senior care, skilled in medication administration, and committed to excellence in resident well-being.

Location: 2097 W Arlington Blvd, Greenville, NC 27834

Shift: 3pm-11pm

• Supplement Coverage such as Short-Term, Long-Term Disability, and Life Insurance.
• Birthday Celebration – Paid Day Off
• 401(k) Retirement with Immediate Vesting

• Supervise 1st shift care staff and ensure proper staffing levels
• Administer and document medications per physician’s orders
• Provide direct resident care and oversee the care provided by nursing assistants
• Conduct assessments and develop care plans for residents
• Communicate with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
• Respond to resident emergency call system

• CNA Required
• At least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Prior supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting highly desired
• Organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• CPR and First Aid certified
