• Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
• Compact licenses transferred to state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (training provided after hire if needed)
• TB skin test current within last 12 months
• Preferred: six months prior hands‑on nursing experience (not required)
• Reliable transportation
