Overview
Grady-White Boats is currently looking for a Lamination Supervisor to join our team!
This individual will be responsible for 20–30 direct labor associates in the production of fiberglass components for sport-fishing boats.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all associates know and follow safety procedures
- Create daily work schedules and establish follow-up procedures to ensure quality and efficiency
- Understand labor requirements and manage labor resources to support efficiency goals
- Develop and implement training plans to support variations in product model demands
- Balance incentives and accountability to achieve a highly motivated production team
- 5 years manufacturing experience
- 2 years supervisory experience
- Composite lamination experience preferred, but not required
