Attindas Hygiene Partners designs, manufactures, and markets absorbent hygiene products. Attindas is offering exciting opportunities for Manufacturing Technicians / Production Machine Operators at our Greenville, NC manufacturing facility, with pay up to $22.00 per hour based on experience. The position includes a quarterly bonus payout based on monthly results of key business metrics.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician 1 Entry

Department: Operations

Reports to: Shift Platform Leader

Starting Pay: $18-$22 per hour, based on experience

Your Role: The Manufacturing Tech / Production Machine Operator is responsible for assisting the Line Leader with all aspects of operating the line and maintaining processes within prescribed specifications with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and waste.

• High school diploma or equivalent GED from an accredited school
• Mechanical aptitude
• Experience in a manufacturing environment as a machine helper/operator or industrial-related experience or military experience
• Ability to work a rotating shift
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Pay rates are based on experience
