📅 Contract-to-Hire (3+ months)

We’re seeking a Director of Plant Operations to oversee hospital mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

• Lead a large, diverse workforce with a focus on staff development, succession planning, and performance management.
• Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and operational projects across the hospital.
• Partner closely with nurse directors, managers, and frontline staff to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accrediting bodies.
• Manage service delivery, IT infrastructure, and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Report directly to the CFO and collaborate regularly with senior leadership, including the President.

• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing large teams.
• Strong background in employee engagement and organizational performance.
• Solid understanding of fiscal planning and financial responsibility.
• Experience in healthcare or life sciences environments preferred.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5–7 years of related experience in plant operations or facilities management.
• Demonstrated supervisory and leadership expertise.
