Assistant of Production Department

Responsible for document management, interpretation between Chinese and local employees and translation of important documents between English and Chinese.

• Interpret for staff of module production department between Chinese and English.
• Receive guests of the department.
• Manage documents and files of the department.
• Responsible for attendance management and performance appraisal statistics of the department.
• Responsible for summary, progress tracking and closure of department’s work plans.
• Application, collection and distribution of office supplies for the department.

• Bachelor’s degree in English language related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in local enterprises.
• Experience in managing attendance and documents.

• Proficient in English and Chinese.
• Proficient broad use computer applications such as MS Office and specialized applications as needed for job.
