• Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Science, or a closely related field
• Minimum of 5 years in Project Management
• Minimum of 5 years delivering business solutions using information technology
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution experience
• Technical literacy in system architecture and project management methodologies

• Master s Degree in Business Administration or Management Information Science
• Past hands-on experience in a development role or managing tech teams
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Ability to manage projects utilizing AI and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS)
• Proven ability to identify and resolve complex cross-team dependencies
